In addition to establishing service, Beulah Utilities District offers several convenient options to our customers to conduct their business with us. You can now View your Account, Pay Your Bill and receive your bills through e-mail with e-Billing all through the internet. This saves you, our customer, time, gas, and allows you to take care of business without leaving home. View the tabs above to find out more about the services available.

APPLICATION FOR NEW SERVICE
ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS & ONLINE BILL PAY
Beulah Utilities District customers can now pay their utility bills online 24/7 with a credit card, debit card, or ACH (eCheck). This service is provided through Pay N Seconds, a third party payment processor, specializing in secure bill payment options. To make a payment through this service, simply click on the Click to Pay button below and you will be instantly directed to Pay N Seconds. If you are using this service for the first time, you will be prompted to register a new Pay N Seconds account prior to making your payment. When registering your account, you will need your CUSTOMER # and PIN from your utility billing statement. If you have more than one utility account with Beulah Utilities District, Pay N Seconds allows you to add multiple utility accounts under the same login. Please register first with your main utility account.

GO GREEN! REGISTER FOR e-BILLING!
Enjoy the convenience of receiving your monthly bill via e-mail. This is not only a convenience, but also a great way to help save paper, which saves trees and the environment. By agreeing to have your bill emailed to you each month, you agree to stop receiving your paper bill via the US Post Office.

Name on Account
Customer Account Number
E-mail address where you want your e-Bill sent each month
Please allow 1 full billing cycle for your request to take effect.
AUTOMATIC BANK DRAFT
Avoid late fees due to late mail arrival with the Automatic Bank Draft service. You authorize East Alabama Water, Sewer & Fire Protection District to debit your checking or savings account each month for the amount of your bill. You will still receive a copy of your regular bill each month before the draft occurs. To sign-up for this service, please click the link below to open the form. Fill in the form online, then print the completed form and take that with you to our office. Don't forget to bring a voided check for the account that you wish to use.
